Proof of Age Required
We require Proof of Age (19+ depending on your province) for every package we ship, without exceptions. This means that a signature will be obtained upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will need to show government identification as Proof of Age to sign for and receive the package.
Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to Sender or Cancelled because Proof of Age could not be verified or the individual does not meet the age requirements set by law will NOT be eligible for a refund.
Shipping and Handling
At Vape Way Ajax, all orders are shipped via Canada Post, and we ensure that all packages are discreetly packaged for your security. Canada Post allows us to deliver our products anywhere in Canada quickly and at an affordable rate. We make every effort to ship all in-stock orders placed before 1:30 PM EST on the same business day. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock. Orders received after 1:30 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Please note that business days do not include weekends and holidays, as our shipping provider does not operate on those days.
Shipping rates will be calculated at the checkout page, where a delivery estimate will also be provided.
E-Transfer as Payment Method
Your order will not be processed until we receive full payment.

When sending your e-transfer from your financial institution, please include your order number in the notes section. This will help us match your payment with your order more efficiently.
If prompted to set up a security question/answer when sending e-transfers from certain financial institutions, we recommend using the following:
